Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we have had our own factory in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province since 1992. Being located next to Shanghai, it is convenient for us to export.
Can we get a sample and is it for free?
Yes, we can provide you with both a plain sample and a color sample. The color sample is made using a proofing machine, which can achieve 85-90% color similarity to the mass production run. Both the plain sample and color sample will be free if our stock material is available; customers only need to pay for the express shipping cost.

Can you print my logo and customize the packaging box?
Yes, we can print your logo on the box. All of our packaging boxes are customized based on your artwork design, and we have professional designers available to help you refine your design.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to high fixed costs and shipping freight, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. This depends on the box size and style. It is recommended that you increase the quantity to reduce the unit cost.
How long will it take for production?
Production takes 7-10 working days after your artwork has been confirmed, provided we have received your down payment.
